Please remember that your electronic cigarette is just that, an electronic device, and is therefore sensitive to mishandling, rough treatment and dropping.
Both the atomizers and batteries contain integrated circuits, and can therefore be damaged very easily.
Please treat your electronic cigarette like a fragile precision instrument.
Your electronic cigarette and charging device(s) are covered by a 30 day replacement warranty should they fail under normal use. Simply return the defective item to where you purchased your starter kit to get a replacement (be sure to have your proof of purchase).
Due to the strict health regulations, the sealed cartridges cannot be returned. This warranty does not cover any claim due to your dislike of the product and the following:
1. Modification, alteration or repair of this product by anyone .
2. Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use as included in the instructions.
3. Any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.
4. Use of our product with other manufacturers’ chargers, batteries or cartridges
Warranty does not cover items that fail due to abuse or misuse.
